Temple Roof Successfully Layed

Hare Krishna

Sri Sri Radha Madhava ki jai. All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

Its a matter of great pleasure that we have successfully layed the temple roof. It was completed in first week of May. We prayed to Lord Narasingha at Mayapur for the concreting to happen unhindered. We would also like to thank all the donors, life members, well wishers, devotees who have supported and prayed for us.

Now we are moving on to the next stage:

1. Raising the structure above 41ft level for temple domes
2. Remaining plastering and brick work
3. Planning and executing the interiors

Your valuable comments and quires are most welcome.

Warm Regards

Construction Meeting today

Hare Krishna

Today we had the final round of meetings to finalize all pending issues before we proceeded with the laying of first roof slab and beams. The tentative date for concreting of slab is 5th April. The detailed schedule will be up in another two days which will help all of us to keep a tab on whats happening.

To start with we are also strengthening our construction team with an experienced site supervisor and a qualified civil engineer. This is apart from the existing team of resident structural engineer, construction coordinator, Sthapati coordinator and a site supervisor. This is keeping in view the increased number of contractors who will be working at the site as the temple is moving towards completion.

On the other hand, the sthapati has also kept up the pace of work by finishing on more dome over the staircase slab on the south side. Pics will be uploaded soon.

I will be glad to assist if there are any comments of more information is required.

Yours in service of Srila Prabhupada,

Amarendra Gaura Dasa
